Street food gastronomy business

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá street food gastronomií a podnikáním v tomto oboru. Zpočátku je čtenář seznámen, se základní problematikou a jejím rozdělením. Následně se dozví podstatné milníky, které provázely vznik celého odvětví. Součástí práce jsou také aktuální trendy v tomto odvětví. V druhé části je analýza zaměřená na podnikatelské prostředí v České republice, kde je kladen důraz především na právní rámec. V závěrečné kapitole je analýza a proces zakládání konkrétního podniku skrze specifiké okruhy, které vychází z analýzy trhu. Současně také text odráží diferenciace daného segmentu. Využití práce je tedy širšího rozměru, hlavním přinosem práce však zůstává podrobná analýza celého odvětví a to z různých úhlů pohledu.

Abstract:

The subject of this thesis is street food gastronomy and business in this field. At first, the reader is acquainted with the fundamentals of this problematics and its divisions. Then he learns about the milestones of the whole industry and also the actual trends. In the second part of the thesis, the analysis is focused on the business environment in the Czech Republic, where the emphasis is put on the legal framework. The final chapter is the analysis and the process of setting up a specific business through specific areas based on market analysis. At the same time, the text reflects the differentiation of the segment. There is a wide use of the paper, the main contribution is the detailed analysis of the whole segment from different angles.
