Abstract:

Tato práce se věnuje metodice zavádění bezpečnosti informačních systémů v malém a středním podniku. V dnešní době digitalizovaného světa, kdy většina společností je čím dál více závislá na informačních systémech, je toto téma velmi aktuální. V práci je popis stávajících mezinárodních metodik a standardizovaných postupů k zavedení systému řízení informační bezpečnosti a jejich zhodnocení z hlediska efektivního použití v těchto organizacích. Z těchto metodik je pak navržen zjednodušený model, který má ambice lépe reflektovat požadavky na rychlost a nízké náklady, především analytických prací předcházejících zavádění bezpečnosti do reálného prostředí. Tato metodika je závěrem práce v praxi odzkoušena v reálném podniku. Výstupy tohoto projektu uvedené v této práci jsou dále re-aplikovatelné a použitelné pro organizace, které se rozhodnou řešit bezpečnost systémově.

Abstract:

This document is devoted to the methodology of information security systems implementation in the small and medium-sized enterprise. Currently, when the world became digitalized and most of the companies are increasingly dependent on information systems, this is a very up to date topic. There is a description of the existing international guidelines and standardized procedures and their evaluation in terms of the effective use in these organizations. Out of these methodologies is then designed and simplified model, which has the ambition to better reflect the requirements for short implementation time and low cost, especially for the analytical work preceding the implementation of the security system into a real environment. This methodology is then verified in practice in the real business company. The outputs of this project presented in this work are replicable and useful for organizations that choose to deal with the security on system base.
