Tato diplomová práce se zabývá speciální právní úpravou nového stavebního zákona (zákon č. 283/2021 Sb.) týkající se odvolání a žaloby proti rozhodnutí stavebního úřadu. Rekodifikace veřejného stavebního práva přináší do institutů odvolání a žaloby proti rozhodnutí stavebního úřadu řadu změn a zavádí nová specifika. Tyto změny autor v práci analyzuje, hodnotí a srovnává s dosavadní právní úpravou. …more

This thesis deals with the special legal regulation of the new Building Act (Act No. 283/2021 Coll.) concerning appeal and action against deci-sions of the building authority. The recodification of the public con-struction law brings several changes to the institutes of appeal and ac-tion against the decision of the construction authority and introduces new specifics.
