Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na pomoc sociálních pracovníků mladým dospělým při opouštění dětského domova. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit jakou pomoc poskytují sociální pracovníci mladým dospělým, kteří opouští dětský domov. The bachelor thesis focused on social workers' assistance to young adults leaving the children's home. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find out what kind of help social workers provide to young adults leaving children's homes.
