Abstract:

Cílem této práce je vysvětlit principy práce a konfigurace vzdálené správy, uživatele seznámit s jednotlivými hardwarovými a softwarovými součástmi, které je potřeba pro realizaci remote control. Jsou zde objasněny principy fungování lokální počítačové sítě a internetu, funkce virtuálních privátních sítí a software zprostředkující vzdálenou správu. Jednotlivé kapitoly obsahují konfigurační postupy a manuály, které jsou využitelné jak v domácím, tak i v zdravotnickém využití. Remote control se osvědčil v servise výpočetní techniky, dále se využití rozšiřovalo do průmyslových oborů a nakonec i do medicínských aplikací. Do budoucna je v této technologii obrovský potenciál a možnost zefektivnit práci s výpočetní technikou v radiologii a přinést co největší diagnostický přínos vyšetření. Téma jsem si vybral z důvodu neustále se rozšiřující digitalizace radiologických pracovišť a zvyšování efektivity práce s radiologickou dokumentací. V praktické části prezentace zprostředkuji vzdálenou správu pomocí notebooku a mobilního telefonu a v druhé části pomocí kapesního počítače a mobilního telefonu. Pokusím se demonstrovat jednotlivé funkce a možnosti vzdálené plochy s využitím bazálního internetového připojení a nastavení pro kvalitní práci.

Abstract:

My bachelor thesis is focused on the explanation of principles of the work and configuration of the remote control, on the introduction of particular hardware and software branches, which are essential for the realization of the remote control, to the users. I cleared up the principles of the function of the local computer net and the Internet, functions of VPN and the software, which transmits the remote control. Particular chapters contain configuration processes and manuals that are usable for home or medical usage. The remote control proved good at the service of the computer technology, then the usage expanded to the industrial branches and also to the medical use. In future a big potential is put in this technology and the opportunity to streamline the work with the computer technology in the radiology and to bring the major diagnostic contribution. I chose this topic because of the continuous expanding digitalization of radiographic workplaces and because of the increasing effectiveness of the work with radiology documentation. In practical part of the presentation I arranged the remote control by means of the laptop and the mobile phone and in the second part of my presentation by means of the mobile phone and PDA. I tried to demonstrate particular functions and opportunities of the remote area with the usage of the basal internet connection and the setting to the work of high-quality.
