Abstract:
Bakalářská práce pojednává o akutních potransfuzních reakcích jako komplikaci transfuzní léčby. Teoretická část je rozdělena na základy imunohematologie, transfuzními přípravky, samotnou hemoterapií a akutními potransfuzními reakce. Praktická část zhodnocuje znalosti všeobecných sester v intenzivní péči v oblasti transfuzí a potransfuzních reakcí jako celku a následně je skupina rozdělena na sestry …more

Bachelor thesis deals with acute transfusion reactions as a complication of transfusion therapy. The theoretical part is divided into the bases of immunohematology, transfusion preparations, hemotherapy and acute post-transfusion reactions.
