Patterns of contemporary youth

Abstract:

Účelem této diplomové práce, je za pomocí kvantitativní metody výzkumu, konkrétně využití dotazníkového šetření, zjistit jaké vzory má současná mládež. Do výzkumu byli zapojeni žáci 7. a 8. tříd základních škol a studenti 2. a 3. ročníků středních škol v okrese Opava. Jednotlivá socializační období týkající se dotazovaných respondentů, ať už jde o dospívání, vývoj, jejich úskalí, aspekty a další faktory těchto generačních fází, jsou v teoretické části diplomové práce vysvětleny. Vzorem může být v podstatě kdokoli, ať už jde o osobu reálnou nebo fiktivní. Výběr je dozajista velmi široký. Rodiče, prarodiče, sourozenci, sportovci, herci, zpěváci, fiktivní postavy z filmů či her a spoustu dalších možností, se kterými má mladý člověk možnost se identifikovat jako se svým vzorem. Co pojem vzor znamená a popřípadě jaké má pozitivní nebo negativní stránky, je jedním z témat, kterému byla věnována větší pozornost. V praktické části jsou prezentovány výsledky dotazníkového šetření, které jsou pro větší přehled zobrazeny v tabulkách a grafech. V kapitole relevantnost hypotéz, dochází k potvrzení, vyvrácení nebo upřesnění jednotlivých hypotéz, které byly stanoveny pro účely této diplomové práce. Jednotlivé výsledky, hypotézy a další zajímavé informace jsou následně rozebírány, diskutovány a komentovány v diskuzi a závěru práce.

Abstract:

The purpose of this thesis it to find out representatives of current young with the help of research quantitative method by using questionnaire survey. Both elementary students of seventh and eight classes and secondary school students of second and third classes from Opava county were involved in the survey. Particular socialization stages concerning interviewed respondents, whether it is growing older, human development, their difficulties, aspects and other elements of these generation phases can be found in theoretical part of this thesis. Essentialy, the representative can be anybody, whether real or fictious person. A selection is very wide without any doubt. Parents, grand parents, siblings, sportsmen, actors, singers, fictious characters from movies or video games and plenty of other possibilities that young person can identify with as a role model. One of topics in which more attention was paid to is the definition of model, respectively its positive and negative sides. Questionnaire survey results are presented in practical part where charts and tables were used for better overview. The relevance of conjecture chapter acknowledges, contradicts or clarifies particular hypotesis which have been used fot puposes of this thesis. Respective results, hypotesis and other interesting information are consequently analysed, discussed and commented within discussion about at the close of this thesis.
