Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat vlivy a dopady vstupu podniku na mezinárodní trh. Cílem obchodu je vstup na český trh a v této práci byly provedeny analýzy, konkrétně PEST, 5 porterových sil a SWOT, průzkum trhu a sběr dat, ze kterých nám měla vzniknout odpověď. Součástí je také marketingový výzkum, který je proveden formou dotazníku a návrh online marketingové strategie.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to analyze the effects and impacts of the company's entry into the international market. Cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce je analyzovať vplyvy a dopady vstupu podniku na medzinárodný trh. Cieľom obchodu je vstup na slovenský trh a v tejto práci boli vykonané analýzy, konkrétne PEST, 5 porterových síl a SWOT, prieskum trhu a zber dát, z ktorých nám mala vzniknúť odpoveď. Súčasťou je aj marketingový výskum, ktorý je vykonaný formou dotazníku a návrh online marketingovej stratégie.
