Cílem diplomové práce je na základě teoretických poznatků formulovat jednotlivé kroky směřující k založení nestátního zdravotnického zařízení jako ordinaci neinvazivního vyšetření. V teoretické části jsou popsány relevantní pojmy a činnosti vzhledem k danému tématu. Dále je analyzována konkurence a vývoj vnějších podmínek ve zdravotnictví v Břeclavi a v celé České republice.
