Abstract:
Práce se zabývá autorským právem, které je v České republice upraveno autorským zákoníkem, dle platné normy. Nahlíží do tématiky porušování platné legislativy především v oblasti počítačových programů a filmů. Dále popisuje vznik tohoto práva na území ČR, jeho ochranu a v závěru jsou přiloženy smlouvy a vybrané články.

The graduate work deals with copyright law, which is in the Czech Republic is regulated by copyright code, according to the applicable standards.
