Tato rigorózní práce se zabývá problémy, jimž v praxi čelí příjemci v procesu čerpání dotací. Upozorňuje na komplikace při rozhodování o přiznání dotace, nepřehlednost a množství povinností příjemce, jakož i na složitost systému kontroly. This thesis is concerned with problems that the recipients of grants are confronted with during the grant acquisition process.
