Acoustic properties of polyurethanes and glass fabric in sandwiches structure

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá novou technikou kombinací materiálů, které jsou vhod-né zejména pro automobilový a letecký průmysl. Podstatou DP je realizace sendvičové struktury z materiálů na bázi polyuretanu a skelného vlákna. Pro aplikace v automobilovém a zejména v leteckém průmyslu je velmi důležitá hořlavost materiálů z hlediska bezpečnosti. Z hlediska použitelné akustické izolace jsou kombinace materiálů v dnešní době poměrně žádoucí, protože vývoj samostatného materiálu není tak nákladný. DP se zabývá jednak akustickou, ale také nehořlavou možností materiálů, které by byly kombinací polyuretanu a skelné vaty, která slouží jako velmi dobrý tepelný a žáruvzdorný izolant.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused in the new techniques for combination materials for automo-tive and aerospace industry. The basic idea of thesis is realization new type of sandwiches structure based on polyurethanes and fiber glasses. For the automotive and aerospace in-dustry is very important is non-flammability materials according to safety. In terms of using acoustic insulation are the combinations of materials very well for new application. The research of new type materials is very expensive. The thesis is focused in the acoustics and non-flammability properties of materials and their combination based on polyurethane and fiber glasses. In this case is the fiber glasses used as anti flammable material.
