Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tvorbou vizuálních materiálů, sloužících jako návod pro studenty, kteří nově nastupují na fakultu. Důvodem pro vytvoření těchto materiálů byl častý problém s orientací studentů při přecházení mezi jednotlivými budovami a nutným hledáním pomoci u kolegů z vyšších ročníků. Obdobně je tomu i u videotutoriálů IS STAG, proto bylo vhodné vytvořit instruktážní materiál, který demonstruje zacházení s nejvyužívanějšími částmi systému. Tento materiál byl vytvořen s ohledem na učební styly. Byly vytvořeny dva typy materiálů - videa přechodů budov a videotutoriály informačního systému STAG. Videa přechodů budov byla vytvářena pomocí záznamu z videokamery a videonávody IS STAG pomocí speciálního softwaru pro zachycení dění na obrazovce. Výsledkem práce je vytvoření 16 videí přechodů budov - jedná se o budovy, které jsou nejčastěji navštěvovány studentem Fakulty přírodovědně-humanitní a pedagogické a 11 videotutoriálů, které demonstrují práci s IS STAG. V práci je popsán výběr softwaru a software samotný, pomocí něhož byly tyto materiály vytvořeny, postupy a odůvodnění, proč bylo využito právě daného softwaru.

Abstract:

This B.A paper is dealing with creating of visual materials, which will be used as tutorials for students who are new at the faculty. The reason of creating these materials was a common problem of students' orientation during the travelling between individual buildings and therefore a necessary looking for help at colleagues from higher grades. There is an analogous problem with an information system STAG therefore it was appropriate to create an instructional material, which demonstrates working with the most widely used parts of the system. This material was created with regard to learning styles. Two types of materials were created - videos of passing between buildings and video-tutorials of the IS STAG. Videos of passing between buildings were created using a video camera. Video tutorials were created using special software for catching events on the screen of a computer. The result of this work is a creation of 16 videos of passing between buildings - those are buildings which are mostly visited by students of Faculty of sciences, humanities and education and 11 video-tutorials, which demonstrate the information system STAG. In the paper is described a selection of a software and the software itself, with which were materials created, procedures and reasons why the particular software was used.
