Stabilizing seating orthosis

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá individuálně zhotovenou sedací ortézou, která má za účel korigovat sed u pacientů se středním až těžkým pohybovým deficitem. Teoretická část pojednává o možnosti využití ortézy s dalšími kompenzačními pomůckami, klientech indikovaných k používáním sedací ortézy a popis jejich diagnóz, materiálech využívaných k výrobě a možnostech financování ortézy. V praktické části se zaměřuje na popis technologie výroby stabilizační ortézy pro sed a celkový sled spolupráce s klientem od první schůzky až po předání. K vytvoření praktické části byly použity zkušenosti a znalosti nabyté během třech souvislých praxí při studiu.

Abstract:

Subject of this bachelor thesis is invidual seating orthosis which is supposed to correct sit-ting of patients with medium to severe motor deficit. Theoretical part consists of infor-mation about the orthosis itself, its use with other compensatory aids, most prevailing dia-gnoses of patients indicated for use of this orthosis and financial aspects. In practical part technology of manufacturing and whole cooperation process with patient is described. In-formations needed for writing the second part of this thesis comes from 3 professional in-ternships of mine.
