Data Entered Into the Real Estate Cadastre in Relation to the Protection of the Environment

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá ochranou životního prostředí z hlediska zápisů do jednoho z veřejných seznamů, tj. katastru nemovitostí. V této souvislosti jsou analyzovány zápisy druhu a způsobu ochrany nemovitostí, upozornění, předkupního práva, smluvní ochrany a bonitovaných půdně ekologických jednotek (BPEJ), a to i s ohledem na možný zápis do Registru územní identifikace adres a nemovitostí (RÚIAN). V případě existence jiné databáze vedené přímo orgánem státní správy, která má povinnost předkládat listiny k zápisu do katastru, je provedeno srovnání databází z hlediska jejich vzájemné shody.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with environmental protection with respect to registrations into one of the public registers, i.e. cadastre of real estates. In this context, registrations of type and form of the real estates protection, pre-emption right, contractual protection and estimated pedologic-ecological units (BPEJ) are analysed. This is done even with regard to possible registration to Register of territorial identification and real estates (RÚIAN). In case of existence of any other register run directly by a civil service authority, which is obligated to submit deeds for registration into the cadastre, a comparison of the registries regarding their mutual correspondence is carried out.
