Abstract:
Cílem této práce je analýza světového trhu olejnin s důrazem na současný vývoj. První část práce je věnována plodinové struktuře komodity olejniny a její světové produkci a spotřebě. Ve druhé části práce jsou analyzovány jednotlivé faktory trhu - nabídka, poptávka a cena a uvedeny perspektivy budoucího vývoje. The aim of this thesis is the analysis of the world oilseeds market, with an emphasis on recent development. The first part of this thesis is devoted to oilseeds crop commodity structure and its global production and consumption.
