The typology of female characters in the genre of an arabesque by Svatopluk Čech and František Herites
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská diplomová práce se věnuje ženským postavám ve vybraných arabeskách Svatopluka Čecha a Františka Heritese. Úvodní část shrnuje důležité pojmy, literární skupiny a směry. Dále se věnuji životu a tvorbě zmiňovaných autorů. Jádro diplomové práce tvoří interpretace textů zaměřená na typologií ženských postav, hledání jejich společných znaků a funkcí.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis analyses female characters in arabesque stories by Svatopluk Čech and František Herites. The introductory part summarizes key terms, literary groups, and movements. Furthermore, the lives and works of the aforementioned writers are also looked upon. The core of the diploma thesis comprises of female characters typology and searching for their common features and functions.
