Abstract:

ABSTRAKT Cíl: Hlavním cílem této výzkumné práce bylo zjistit a zhodnotit znalosti dospívajících dívek o těhotenství a porodu Dále zjistit z jakých informačních zdrojů dospívající dívky nejčastěji čerpají a s kým si na toto téma nejvíce povídají. Po získání potřených dat, byla statistický zpracovaná. Metodika: Data k výzkumu byla shromažďovaná pomocí kvantitativní dotazníkové metody. Pro naši práci byl vytvořen autorkou práce nestandardizovaný dotazník. Sběr dat byl proveden v období od listopadu do prosince 2012 na třech středních školách v Karviné, konkrétně na Gymnáziu, Obchodní akademii a Střední zdravotnické škole. Dotazník byl určen dívkám, které navštěvovaly první nebo čtvrtý ročník jedné z výše vyjmenovaných středních škol v Karviné. Pro statistické vyhodnocení byly použity metody popisné statistiky, Wilcowonův test a Spearmanův korelační koeficient na hladině významnosti ? = 0,05. Výsledky: V naší výzkumné práci jsme zjistili, že dívky mají znalosti v oblastech těhotenství a porodu. Také jsme zjistili, že dívky nejčastěji čerpají informace z internetu a od rodičů, a nejvíce si dospívající dívky na toto téma povídají s matkou. Závěr: Těhotenství je důležitý okamžik v životě každé ženy, ale neplánované těhotenství u dospívající dívky sebou může přinést různé komplikace. A proto je důležité, aby dívky měly informace z této oblasti a pokud by k těhotenství došlo, aby věděly, k jakým změnám v tomto období dochází.

Abstract:

ABSTRACT Purpose: Main purpose of this research work was to find out and review the knowledge of teenage girls about pregnancy and childbirth, and also to get to know what information sources the teenage girls use at most and with whom they talk about this topic most often. After receiving that all needed data were statistically recorded. Methodology: Data for this research were collected by using a quantitative questionnaire method. The author of this work created a variable questionnaire. Data collection was conducted in the period from November to December 2012 at three high schools in Karviná, namely at gymnasium, business school and nursing college. The questionnaire was assigned to girls who attended either first or fourth class in one of above mentioned secondary schools in Karviná. For statistical evaluation there were used the methods of descriptive statistics, Wilcowon test and Spearman´s correlation coefficient at a significance level ? = 0,05. Results: It was found out that girls are informed about pregnancy and childbirth. I also found out that girls receive information mainly from internet and their parents, and communicate about such issues with their mothers. Conclusion: Pregnancy is an important time in the life of every woman, but unintended pregnancy of a teenage girl brings different complications. Therefore it is important for girls to receive enough information in this field. If it comes to the pregnancy, it is necessary to recognize it soon and to know how to adapt the lifestyle during pregnancy.
