V této bakalářské práci se věnujeme studiu závislosti elektrických parametrů, tj. napětí, proudu a jejich vyšším harmonickým frekvencím v plazmatu na různých veličinách a snažíme se zjistit, zda přítomnost prachových částic nějak ovlivní jejich chování. Abstract:
In this thesis we study dependence of higher harmonic frequencies generated in plasma on discharge parameters and we searched their reaction on creation of dust in plasma. A constituent of this thesis is description of detected dust quantity for different conditions (fluxes of gases into reactor, power of generator).
