Particularly Vulnerable Consumers because of Mental or Physical Weakness

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zvlášť zranitelných spotřebitelů z důvodu fyzické a duševní slabosti. Jednotlivé kapitoly práce věnovány obecnému vymezení spotřebitele, průměrného spotřebitele a kritériím vymezujícím zvlášť zranitelné spotřebitele. Detailněji je pak rozebrána skupina zvlášť zranitelných spotřebitelů z důvodu fyzické slabosti a zvlášť zranitelných spotřebitelů z důvodu duševní slabosti.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of particularly vulnerable consumers due to physical and mental weakness. The individual chapters of the thesis are devoted to the general definition of the consumer, the average consumer and the criteria defining particularly vulnerable consumers. The group of particularly vulnerable consumers due to physical weakness and particularly vulnerable consumers due to mental weakness is analyzed in more detail.
