Public Inter-state Reimbursment of Health Care
Abstract:
Diplomová práce sleduje nejnovější vývoj v oblasti integrace veřejně hrazené zdravotní péče v EU. Klade si za cíl vyhodnocení legislativy a judikatury ESD a představení projektu směrnice EU o uplatňování práv pacientů v přeshraniční zdravotní péči, schválenou podobu směrnice a vyjadřuje se k možné budoucí implementaci této směrnice.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the inter-state reimbursement of the costs of health care funded by public insurance in the EU and presents the project of the Directive on cross-border healthcare.
