Abstract:

Diplomová práce (Ne)obyčejné příběhy našich prarodičů se skládá ze dvou částí - praktické výtvarné části a teoretické textové části. Praktickou výtvarnou částí je projekt se sociálně znevýhodněnými jedinci - seniory. Praktickým výkonem diplomové práce je autorská kniha s názvem (Ne)obyčejné příběhy našich prarodičů, která byla vytvořena v rámci spolupráce s klienty dvou domovů pro seniory v Brně. Kniha představuje rozmanité příběhy 10 klientů z jejich dětství, dospívání, ale i dospělosti. V knize je zachována autentičnost příběhů, obsahuje také autorské ilustrace a fotografie klientů. Doprovodná textová část obsahuje teoretická východiska, popisuje život a postavení seniorů, výtvarný projev seniorů, ale i komunikaci s cílovou skupinou, která byla při tvorbě knihy jedním ze zásadních faktorů. Textová část dále představuje samotnou knihu z hlediska zkušeností autorky, která vyvozuje ze spolupráce různé závěry a reflektuje poznatky vycházející z nahrávání příběhů a tvorby ilustrací.

Abstract:

The Diploma thesis called “(Extra) ordinary stories of our grandparents” consists of two parts - the practical part that is focused on art work and the theoretical part. The practical part represents the project that is based on the author’s work with socially disadvantaged people – seniors. The practical part of the Diploma thesis is the author´s book called “(Extra) ordinary stories of our grandparents” that was made in cooperation with the clients who live in the homes for the elderly in Brno. The book presents 10 clients’ diverse stories that depict the clients’ childhood, adolescence, and adulthood. The book preserves the authenticity of the stories. Moreover it is supported with the seniors’ illustrations and the photos of the clients. The theoretical part describes the life, the position of the seniors and also their demonstration of art. Moreover it records the communication with the target group that was one of the most important aspects for the production of the monograph. The textual part represents the book itself from the author’s point of view.
