Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena na 2 sekce. V první sekci jsem sledoval interakce laserového paprsku s roztoky látek, které absorbují a fluoreskují světlo. Byl vyvinut nový experiment demonstrující podstatu Lambert-Beerova zákona za pomoci běžně dostupných látek v domácnosti při použití jednoduché a finančně nenáročné aparatury. Abstract:
This thesis is separated into 2 sections. In the first section I observed interactions of laser beam with solutions which contained light absorbing and fluorescent substances. A new experiment was developed that can demonstrate the Lambert-Beer law with commonly available substances at home using very cheap and simple setup.
