Cílem této diplomové práce je zjistit, jakým způsobem se využívá na energetickém trhu omezování hospodářské soutěže, nekalá soutěž a nekalé obchodní praktiky a u nejčastěji vyskytujících se případů navrhnou doporučení pro jejich omezení nebo úplné odstranění. The aim of this diploma thesis is discovery how the companies using restriction of competition, unfair competition or unfair commercial practices on the energy market and for the most frequently occurring cases are suggested recommendations for their limitation or their completely elimination.
