V teoretické části práce je pojednáváno o struktuře nukleových kyselin a o metodách jejího studia. Dále jsou zde shrnuta fakta o zbytkové dipolární interakci a jejím využití ve strukturní biochemii. The theoretical part of this thesis describes structural motifs of nucleic acids and methods used to study them. Facts about residual dipolar coupling and its use in structural biochemistry are also presented.
