Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá porovnáním dvou druhů firem v jejich adaptaci a vzdělávání primárně nových zaměstnanců. Je to porovnání IT firmy a významné stavební firmy. Obě společnosti působí na českém trhu. Cílem této práce je sestavit doporučení pro vylepšení adaptačního procesu nováčků v konkrétní IT firmě s více než 800 zaměstnanci. Dílčím cílem práce je vytvořit na základě potřeb IT firmy pre-boarding a on-boarding strategii, která povede k lepší práci s novými zaměstnanci a menší fluktuaci nových zaměstnanců. Toho autor docílí pomocí analýzy stávajícího on-boardingu, pre-boardingu této firmy. Dále potom provede kvalitativní rozhovory s klíčovými manažery mnohonásobně větší stavební firmy, která má s podobnými HR procesy dlouholetou zkušenost. Ta nejlepší doporučení přenese i do svého návrhu strategie.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the comparison of two types of firms in their adaptation and training of primarily new employees. It is a comparison of an IT firm and a major construction firm. Both companies operate on the Czech market. The aim of this thesis is to make recommendations for improving the adaptation process of newcomers in a specific IT firm with more than 800 employees. The sub-objective of the thesis is to develop a pre-boarding and on-boarding strategy based on the needs of the IT firm, which will lead to better work with new employees and less turnover of new employees. The author will do this by analyzing the existing on-boarding, pre-boarding of this company. He will then go on to conduct qualitative interviews with key managers of a construction company many times larger than the author, which has many years of experience with similar HR processes. The best recommendations will be transferred into his strategy proposal.
