Práce se zabývá politickým systémem Druhé Československé republiky, která fungovala v období od 30. září 1938 do poloviny března 1939. Toto období se vyznačuje změnou charakteru celého režimu, jeho odklonu od demokracie a příklonu k autoritarismu. Abstract:
The work deals with the political system of the Second Czechoslovak Republic. It started in September 30th 1938 and ended in middle of March 1939. The period is characterized by changing character of regime. Democracy changed in authoritarian regime.
