Práce se zaměřuje na ochranářské aspekty při hospodaření v lese. Cílem bylo zjistit, jaké právní prostředky k ochraně pozemků určených k plnění funkcí lesa poskytuje zákon o lesích a zákon o ochraně přírody a krajiny. Abstract:
This work is focused on protectionist aspects at forest management. The aim was to find out what means to protect lands determined to fulfill forest functions are provided by the forest law and the nature and landscape conservation law. It shows what principles the protection is based on and what restrictions on the land owners arise from provisions of these laws. At the end of the work there are possible …more
