Problems of organized crime in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

V bakalářské práci se zabývám problematikou organizovaného zločinu na našem území. Cílem této práce je zjistit účinnost právních nástrojů v boji proti organizovanému zločinu, které má Česká republika k dispozici a popsat jaké formy organizovaného zločinu se na území České republiky nachází. Věnuji se zde krátce historii organizovaného zločinu okrajově ve světě, a také vývoji na našem území. Dále se díváme na organizovaný zločin jako na pojem, kde uvádím jeho znaky a taky právní nástroje v boji proti němu. V nejrozsáhlejší kapitole uvádím vybrané formy organizovaného zločinu i s konkrétními příklady organizovaných skupin. Je zde výčet cizojazyčných skupin působících na českém poli organizovaného zločinu. Představuji čtenářovi orgány a dokumenty pro boj s organizovaným zločinem. V závěru shrnuji účinnost právních norem.

Abstract:

In my bachelor thesis I deal with the issue of organized crime in our territory. The aim of this work is to determine the effectiveness of legal instruments in the fight against organized crime, which the Czech Republic has at its disposal and to describe what forms of organized crime are located in the Czech Republic. Here I briefly deal with the history of organized crime marginally in the world, as well as developments in our territory. We also look at organized crime as a concept, where I present its features and legal instruments in the fight against it. In the most extensive chapter, I present selected forms of organized crime with specific examples of organized groups. There is a list of foreign language groups operating in the Czech field of organized crime. I present to the reader the bodies and documents for the fight against organized crime. In conclusion, I summarize the effectiveness of legal norms.
