Predmetom diplomovej práce "Metodické aspekty oceňování nemovitostí - komparace ČR a SR" je analýza a porovnanie súčasných spôsobov oceňovania nehnuteľností v ČR a SR s dôrazom na praktickú ukážku na vybraných nehnuteľnostiach v týchto krajinách.
