Determination of metals in regolith in the Antarctic Peninsula region
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na stanovení kovů v regolitu oblasti Antarktického poloostrova, konkrétně v okolí České antarktické stanice Johanna Gregora Mendela. Na základě obsahů kovů se posuzuje znečištění způsobené stanicí nebo polárními expedicemi ve 20. století. Stanovovanými kovy jsou As, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Ni, Pb, Sn a Zn. Abstract:
This thesis is focused on determination of metals in regolith in the Antarctic peninsula region, concretely in vicinity of Johann Gregor Mendel Czech Antarctic Station. According to contents of metals, a contamination caused by station during its operation or by polar expeditions in the 20th century is evaluated.
