Abstract:

Diplomová práce s názvem "Hodnocení bolesti rodiček při revizi a ošetření porodního poranění" je teoreticko-průzkumnou prací. V teoretické části nabízí základní informace k pochopení problematiky porodního poranění, revize porodních cest a metod tlumení bolesti při tomto výkonu. V rámci praktické části je popsán proces provedeného průzkumu hodnocení bolesti rodiček, které porodily v krajské porodnici Jihomoravského kraje. Tato práce mapuje rozdíly v hodnocení bolesti u žen v závislosti na jejich porodním poranění.

Abstract:

Thesis "Evaluation of pain in mothers during the revision and treatment of birth injuries" is theoretical-exploratory. The theoretical part offers main information needed for better understanding of birth injuries, postpartum assessment of birth injuries and method of pain relief during the revision. The process of research is talked about in the practical part. Participants were women who delivered at a regional hospital of the South Moravian Region. This thesis describes the differences of pain evaluation within different types of birth injuries
