Common problem of clinical samples sequencing are mixed chromatograms. Such chromatograms occur because of sequencing of polymicrobial samples. This problem can be sloved by labor-intensive laboratory approach or expensive computational approach by using commertial tool RipSeq Mixed. Výskyt zmiešaných sekvenačných chromatogramov je častým problémom pri sekvenovaní klinických vzoriek. Takéto chromatogramy vznikajú predovšetkým u typických polymikrobiálnych vzoriek, ako je napríklad sputum, bronchoalveolárna laváž či stery zo slizníc.
