Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na ucelený popis a podrobný rozbor problematiky dovolání po 1. lednu 2013 při současném ohlédnutí se za předcházející právní úpravou včetně stručného historického vývoje. Součástí je i vymezení místa dovolání v systému opravných prostředků. Důraz je kladen na přípustnost a důvodnost dovolání. This thesis is centred around a complex description of the current legal regulation of the extraordinary appeal dated from the 1st of January 2013. Within this thesis the previous legal regulation and the historical development of this legal instrument is explored.
