Antigone - modern adaptations of the ancient subject
Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with modern adaptations of Sophocles's tragedy Antigone. The works "Antigona" by Jean Anouilh, "Antigona" by Walter Hasenclever and "Děvka z města Théby" by Milan Uhde are closely analyzed and compared.

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá novými zpracováními Sofoklovy tragédie "Antigona". Podrobněji analyzuje a porovnává díla "Antigona" od Jeana Anouilha, "Antigona" od Waltera Hasenclevera a "Děvka z města Théby" od Milana Uhdeho.
