Towards successful seniority as a tool for career management
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá metodou Profesní seniority jako nástrojem pro řízení kariéry. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jaké je zastoupení Profesní seniority v českém systému firemního vzdělávání. V rámci kvantitativního výzkumu byly rozesílány dotazníky do firem. Empirická část se věnuje metodologii výzkumného šetření a prezentaci výsledků, získaných z dotazníkového šetření.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the method Towards successful seniority as a tool for career management. The purpose of this bachelor thesis was to find out, how is representation Towards successful seniority in the Czech system of corporate education.
