Comparison of approaches of testing hip joint dynamic stability

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá srovnáváním možností testování dynamické stability kyčelního kloubu. Tato práce má dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. v teoretické části se práce zaměřuje na kineziologii kyčelního kloubu, jeho funkční diagnostiku, popis stability a stabilizace kloubu a na možnosti testování dynamické stability. Pro praktickou část byl stanoven hlavní cíl srovnat přístupy k testování dynamické stability kyčelního kloubu. Pro měření byla oslovena skupina 26 probandů ve věkovém rozmezí od 20 do 28 let, u kterých jsme sledovali pomocí IM senzorů rotace femuru v ose Y při provádění Trendelenburgova stoje a tří testů dle Functional Movement Systems - Y balance test, Deep Squat a In-Line Lunge test. Před testováním jsme u probandů odebrali anamnézu za účelem zjištění dat pro vedlejší cíle této práce. Zjištěno bylo, že In-Line Lunge test je nejcitlivějším testem. Dále bylo zjištěno, že na dynamickou stabilizaci kyčelního kloubu mají vliv předchozí úrazy a výška jedince. Naopak na ní nemá vliv pravidelná sportovní aktivita.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of the possibilities of testing the dynamic stability of the hip joint. The thesis has two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part the work is focused on the kinesiology of the hip joint, its functional diagnostics, description of stability and stabilization of the joint and the possibilities of testing dynamic stability. For the practical part, the main goal was to compare different approaches to testing the dynamic stability of the hip joint. A group of 26 probands in the age from 20 to 28 years was selected for the measurement. In this group we monitored the rotation of femur around the Y axis during the Trendelenburg sign and three tests of Functional Movement Systems - Y balance test, Deep Squat and In-Line Lunge test, with the help of IM sensors. Prior to testing, we took some information about probands to gather data for the secondary objectives of this work. The In-Line Lunge test was found to be the most sensitive test. It was also found, that the dynamic stabilization of the hip joint is affected by previous injuries and height of an individual. On the other hand, it is not affected by regular sports activities.
