Cílem této práce je přiblížení audiovizuálního překladu s následnou ukázkou použití v praxi. V teoretické části se zabývám teorií překladu jako takového, následně se soustřeďuji na specifika audiovizuálního překladu, především pak na jeden z jeho druhů, a to tvorbu titulků k filmům. Abstract:
The aim of this work is to approach the audiovisual translation followed by a demonstration of practical use. The theoretical part deals with the theory of translation as such, then it´s concentrate on the specifics of audiovisual translation, especially on one of its kinds - subtitling.
