Táto bakalárska práca mala za cieľ vyvinúť backend pre mobilnú aplikáciu navrhnutú na zber dát od pacientov, ktorí prekonali mozgovú mŕtvicu. Definuje viaceré zdravotnícke formuláre, ktoré sa používajú pre vytváranie dát zo zozbieraných údajov. This bachelor thesis aimed to develop the backend for the mobile application designed for collecting reports from patients who have overcome stroke. It defines multiple healthcare forms used for creating datasets from collected data. Later, these can be joined with other already collected acute and post-acute care datasets.
