Abstract:
Bakteriociny jsou látky peptidové povahy s antimikrobiálními účinky. Oproti konvenčním antibiotikům je jejich spektrum působení zaměřeno většinou na blízce příbuzné kmeny nebo druhy bakterií. Mezi bakteriociny se řadí i pyociny produkované bakteriemi Pseudomonas spp. Jedná se o proteiny různé velikosti, s rozdílnými mechanismy účinku a s odlišným spektrem citlivých kmenů. Abstract:
Bacteriocins are protein/peptide agents with an antimicrobial effect targeting closely related bacterial strains or species. Pyocins are group of bacteriocins produced by Pseudomonas spp. Pyocins differ in size, killing mechanisms or inhibiting spectra.
