The favored student from teachers' point of view

Abstract:

Bakalářská diplomová práce „Oblíbený žák z pohledu učitelů“ je rozdělena na část teoretickou a empirickou. Teoretická část pojednává v první kapitole o hodnocení žáka, kdy se zabývám objektivitou a subjektivitou hodnocení. Dále se věnuji pojmu oblíbenost a také popisuji sociometricky výhodné pozice vrámci třídního kolektivu. Rozebírám žáka s problémovým chováním a jednotlivé poruchy chování, stejně tak definuji nadaného žáka a jeho charakteristiky. V poslední kapitole zkoumám vztah učitele a žáka, zejména z pohledu vlivu na hodnocení žáka. Empirická část práce odpovídá na otázku, jak učitel definuje pojem oblíbený žák, přičemž názory a postoje k tomuto tématu jsou zjišťovány pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu provedeného formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů sučiteli. Současně je doplněna o kvantitativní výzkum provedený formou dotazníku předloženého žákům.

Abstract:

The barchelor thesis „The favored student from teachers' point of view“ is divided into the theoretical part and the empirical part. The theoretical part in the first chapter deals with the evaluation of student and the objectivity and subjectivity of the evaluation. Then I describe the concept of favored student and also describe sociometrically advantageous positions in the classroom. I also analyze a student with problematic behavior and particular behavior disorders, as well as defining a gifted student and its characteristics. In the last chapter I examine the relationship between the teacher and the student, especially from the point of view of the influence on the student's evaluation. In the empirical part of the thesis I am answering the question of how the teacher defines the concept of a favored student, while opinions and attitudes to this topic are examined by means of qualitative research carried out in semi-structured interviews with teachers. At the same time, it is supplemented with quantitative research carried out in the form of a questionnaire submitted to students.
