Analyse of System of Internal Regulation at Certain Employer

Abstract:

Vnitřní předpisy jsou významným nástrojem řízení každého zaměstnavatele. Představují součást tzv. nařizovacího práva zaměstnavatele. Jejich vznik, aplikace a obsah jsou vymezeny zákonem a nemohou se mu příčit pod sankcí neplatnosti. Existuje řada různých druhů vnitřních předpisů, jako např. Organizační řád, Pracovní řád, Vnitřní mzdový předpis, Vnitřní účetní předpisy, Předpisy a pokyny k zajištění bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci. Zákon u některých z nich, Pracovní řád, stanovuje další podmínky platnosti, a to například jeho schválení Odborovou organizací, to platí v případě, že nějaká u zaměstnavatele působí.

Abstract:

Internal regulations are an important management tool for any employer. They represent part of the so-called prescriptive rights of the employer. Their creation, application and content are defined by laws and cannot go against him, because of possible nullity. There are many different types of internal rules, such as the Internal Regulations, Work Regulations, Internal wage regulation, internal accounting rules, regulations and guidelines to ensure the safety and health at work. The law in some of them, e.g. working rules, set other terms, for example the approval of the trade union, in case that there operates any at the employer.
