Abstract:
Bakalářská práce Metody učení a osobního rozvoje je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá definicí osobního rozvoje, jeho součástmi, metodami učení a jejich aplikací. Praktická část vychází z případové studie systému personálního rozvoje společnosti North Caspian Operating Company.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis Methods of Learning and Personal Development is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part deals with the personal development definition, its parts and parcel, learning methods, and their application. The practical part is based on the case study of the North Caspian Operating Company personnel development system.
