Proposal of Implementation of Selected Methods of the Industrial Engineering in Production Process

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na odhalení a eliminaci plýtvání ve výrobním procesu vybrané firmy. Cílem je analyzování procesu montáže kabin a na základě výsledků analýzy navrhnutí implementace vybraných metod průmyslového inženýrství. Cíle je dosaženo pomocí procesní analýzy v kombinaci s různými metodami průmyslového inženýrství. Podstata práce tkví v provedení chronometráže a následné analýze plýtvání na jednotlivých pracovištích, výsledkem je návrh nového nastavení a ověření výrobního procesu, kde se již nevyskytuje plýtvání, které je možné z procesu odstranit. K hlavním přínosům práce patří snížení výrobního času, uvolnění lidských zdrojů, zvýšení průtoku kabin výrobní linkou a splnění hlasu zákazníka. Dalšími přínosy diplomové práce jsou zjištění, která se nyní uplatňují na jiných montážních linkách i v jiných výrobních úsecích.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on the detection and elimination of waste in the production process of a selected company. The aim is to analyse the process of assembly of cabins and, based on the results of the analysis, to propose the implementation of selected methods of industrial engineering. The goal is achieved through a process analysis in combination with various methods of industrial engineering. The essence of the work lies in the realization of chronometry and subsequent analysis of waste at individual workplaces; the result is the design of new settings and verification of the production process, where there is no longer waste which can be removed from the process. The main benefits of the work include a reduction in production time, the release of human resources, an increase in the flow of cabins through the production line and the fulfilment of the customer's voice. Other benefits of the diploma thesis are findings that are now applied on other assembly lines and in other production sections.
