Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývala zkušenostmi a názory zdravotnických záchranářů a všeobecných sester pracujících na pozici zdravotnického záchranáře na používání dlouhodobých žilních vstupů v přednemocniční neodkladné péči. Z dotazníkového šetření vyplynulo, že přes 60 % respondentů ošetřovalo pacienta se zavedeným žilním portem a více jak 10 % ošetřovalo pacienta s PICC. Mezi respondenty převažoval názor …more

The thesis evaluated experience and opinions of paramedics and registered nurses working as paramedics on the use of long-term indwelling venous catheters in prehospital emergency care. Based on the survey results over 60% of respondents used venous port and over 10% used the Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter (PICC) line.
