Diplomová práce pojednává o vývoji kupní smlouvy v českých zemích. Práce chronologicky popisuje právní úpravu kupní smlouvy z pohledu občanského práva od feudalismu až po současnost. The diploma thesis deals with the development of the purchase agreement in the Czech lands. It describes the legislation of the purchase agreement from the civil law point of view, with the exception of chapter four which considers it from the commercial law perspective, chronologically from feudalism to the present.
