Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá koordinací národních systémů členských států Evropské unie v oblasti sociálních dávek, poskytovaných rodinám s nezaopatřenými dětmi. Zejména je zaměřena na právní systém České republiky a v případě některých dávek i na právní systém Spolkové republiky Německo.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the coordination of the national systems of the member states of the European Union in the area of social benefits provided to families with dependent children. In particular, it is focused on the legal system of the Czech Republic and, in the case of some benefits, also on the legal system of the Federal Republic of Germany.
