Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá řízením nákladů ve vybraném podniku. Cílem práce je rozebrat způsoby řízení nákladů aplikované konkrétním podnikem, jejich kritické zhodnocení a doporučení možných zlepšení. První část práce je věnována shrnutí teoretických poznatků o řízení nákladů. Druhá část práce se soustředí na řízení nákladů ve vybraném podniku. This thesis deals with the cost management in the selected enterprise. The aim of this thesis is to analyze methods for the cost management applied in the selected enterprise, their critical evaluation and recommendations for possible improvements.
