Analýza a návrh aplikace Smlouvy o Dílo doplněná o nařízení a normy rady EHS

Abstract:
Písemným vyjádřením dohody o splnění specifických požadavkům mezi dvěma subjekty je „smlouva o dílo“, která by měla nestranně v plné šíři respektovat nejen požadavky objednávatele, ale zároveň by měla být zárukou, že zhotovitel splní a dodrží veškeré platné zákony, normy a předpisy zaručující, že předmět smlouvy bude při dodržení ekonomiky a při běžné údržbě plně funkční po celou dobu užívání.
