Abstract:
This thesis deals with statutory insurer's rights of recovery in private insurance, specially the right of subrogation and the rights of recourse. The main objective of this thesis is to analyze the statutory rights of recovery in privat insurance as a legal instrument which ensure balance of insurance law subjects' rights and duties of each other.
